Pursuant to the 1st Amendment:
RIght of Revolution: (14th Amendment Section 3) The inherent right of a people to cast out it's rulers, change it's polity, or effect radical reforms in its system of government or institutions, by force or general uprising, when the legal and constitutional methods of making such changes have proved inadequate or are so obstructed as to be unavailible.
The Right and Act of Revolution is NOT criminal, it's secured to us by the U.S. Constitution via 14th Amendment, Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and the Declaration of Independence. When Government has become Orwellian, Totalitarian, infected with its Big Brotherist propeganda, it is OUR obligation, our duty, or right to take over and reinstitute government the way it SHOULD be.
