For revolutionists

Pursuant to the 1st Amendment:
The Memorandum of Law: ..."The Declaration of Independence stipulated the chain of authority within "governments", and of the obvious fact that the people "created" Government. That is was the "people" who instituted government, and in so doing, these people "secured these rights", and that government (at every level) derives their "just powers from the consent of the governed". It is also a well established fact that the people did NOT give up all their "power" to government(s). The Declaration of independence created the Sovereignty in the PEOPLE, NOT in government. Therefore the people are ABOVE the creature(s) they created (government) and that those who work for/in government(s) are "public servants" and have placed themselves in a subservient position to serve the people within the function/office/position via their "oath of office".
"For when the Revolution took place, the people of each state became themselves sovereign" - martin et al v, The Lessee of Waddell (1342) 41 U.S. (16 Pet) 367, 410, 10 L.Ed 997, 1013)
"The Constitution is the voice of the people speaking in their sovereign capacity, and it must be heeded; when the Constitution with reference to a particular matter, it must be given effect as the paramount law of the land" People v. Parks cal 624
Sovereignty itself is , of course not subject to law for its author and source of law, but in our system, while sovereign powers are delegated to the agencies of government, sovereignty itself, remains with the people". Yick Wo v. Hopkins 118 U.S. 356

Truth behind the mask #4

Pursuant to the 1st Amendment:
RIght of Revolution: (14th Amendment Section 3) The inherent right of a people to cast out it's rulers, change it's polity, or effect radical reforms in its system of government or institutions, by force or general uprising, when the legal and constitutional methods of making such changes have proved inadequate or are so obstructed as to be unavailible.
The Right and Act of Revolution is NOT criminal, it's secured to us by the U.S. Constitution via 14th Amendment, Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and the Declaration of Independence. When Government has become Orwellian, Totalitarian, infected with its Big Brotherist propeganda, it is OUR obligation, our duty, or right to take over and reinstitute government the way it SHOULD be. Julian Assange is the face of change. He is the face of revolution. I am Pro wiki-leaks. I am Pro Anonymous.

Bio

Pursuant to the 1st Amendment and Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights:
Hey, im Jesse McGraw, currently in Seagoville Prison, pre-trial, 18 months in counting without any sentencing date.
If you're interested in my story that has not been tainted by 3rd party perspectives and propaganda, you can write me:
Jesse McGraw Reg# 38690-177 FBI, P.O. Box 9000 Seagoville Texas 75159
It's been tough in here, pre-trial people are out of their bloody minds, but I survive quite well. I'm being denied
due process rights, and harassed by Agents and Prosecutors and a few other people who are using my story to gain
fame and money which is in some cases grounds for civil action. I was a hacktavist, but I will always be an activist.
In E.T.A. (Electronik Tribulation Army) we were/are Fundamental Human Rights Hacktavists, not internet terrorists.
You can chose to believe what the media have said about me, or you can listen to the person who actually founded the
organization. We have done a lot in contributing to society and have made great efforts into making the internet a better place. A few times a year, we used to do sting operations against online pedophilia and report them anonymously to the ic3.gov. It was us who helped in the after-math of the 2009 Iranian presidential elections when their government denied the iranian people their freedom of speech while pro-gov militia were murdering people in the streets. People are afraid of knowledge. Wake up America! You have been deceived! Learn for yourselves, dont be told what to believe.I hail from Arlington Texas, and have been in texas for 7 years. Prior, I came from oceanside california and Los Angelas area. I hope my case alone will help open up the eyes of we, the people so to gain a better understanding of our unjust-justice system, and bring forth a solution to fight against corruption
